Craig Burton Interview Old content, I know (Aug, 2000), but interesting nonetheless. The most interesting part of it, now that I notice, is that Craig Burton's assertions are valid three years later.

Of special note is the Closed/Open,Proprietary/Public matrix, which I've seen referenced in later texts. It's a very good model, and Craig's view on the business side of OSS -- laid out in this classification matrix -- is an excellent perspective.
